Standard system Email account clients can also use Webmail to setup forwarding, filtering, or vacation messages.  It comes with a small price: per-user Detail and Summary mail logs are no longer available.

Mail system crash resulting from increased Botnet attacks starting Wednesday, January 16th.  Implemented a variety of external DNS-based blocking on the external virus firewall.  Various DNS changes to accommodate this.

Memory error on Superhost required a server reboot.  This affected many hosted websites.  Also, we upgraded memory on the SMTP mail servers while onsite.

We are now using a DNS-based "white list" in our spam control systems.  The new system was seeded with third-party data as well as our own IP lists.  The new system is expected to improve flexibility and accuracy, while reducing False Positives (messages erroneously marked as spam).
