Location
The customer moved locations within St. Petersburg and is
installing a previously-owned Norstar ICS PBX.
Description
Brought in BrightHouse business to provide Internet. Configured
VoIP Analog Telephone Adapters (ATA) from a local CLEC and
interconnected to the customer's Norstar ICS.
Coordinated the customer's suite wiring to the
common building telephone room.. Configured the Norstar for
"Square" key system mode.
Notes
(1) Heavy fax use required installation of standard Verizon line.
(2) We also support their hybrid Windows environment - Windows XP and
Vista Home desktops, and a Windows 2003 server.
